Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Because we work with a curated network of trusted suppliers, some products may ship directly from our partners, while others come from our office. This means your order might arrive in more than one package—but rest assured, everything is on its way and carefully tracked.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most items arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on where they ship from. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment so you can follow its journey to your door.

Are your products really natural and safe?

Yes. Every product we offer is carefully chosen to align with our values: natural, vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and toxin-conscious wherever possible. We select only items that meet our standards for safety, quality, and conscious living.

What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
