🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy – Olea Scents

At Olea Scents, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

If any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product.

Where appropriate, we may offer a credit or replacement. In some cases, we may ask for the item to be returned. If so, we’ll provide a returns form and instructions.

Note: Credit may be offered rather than a direct refund or replacement.


📬 Missing Items

If something is missing from your order, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and the missing item(s), and we’ll issue a credit once confirmed.


❌ Items Sent in Error

If you receive an item you didn’t order, please get in touch right away. We may arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label. If you were charged, a refund will be issued once the item is returned.


🔁 Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you ordered the wrong item(s) or too many, let us know within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

  • For larger returns, we can help arrange a courier collection (Fees may apply).

  • Credit will be issued once returned items are received and inspected. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain personal items (such as earrings) cannot be returned unless they are unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.


🕒 Return Window

All return requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery.
