🚚 Shipping Policy – Olea Scents

Processing Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busier periods (especially October through December), dispatch times may extend to 3–4 working days. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed if there are any delays.

Order Fulfilment
To ensure timely delivery, certain items may be dispatched directly from our UK-based supplier, carefully selected to meet our quality standards. In some cases, your order may arrive in separate parcels, depending on stock availability and packaging requirements.

Shipping of Certain Products
Some of our wellness and beauty items (such as essential oils, mists, sprays, or perfumes) are classed as dangerous goods and can only be shipped by road. These items cannot be sent by air, which may affect delivery options to certain destinations.

Delivery Addresses

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses within the UK.

  • If shipping to a BFPO address, please contact us before placing your order, as shipping costs and options may vary.

Delivery Delays
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but courier delays, busy seasons, or location-specific factors may affect arrival times. We appreciate your understanding during such circumstances.

 

UK Mainland

Orders 0-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via APC.

Delivery via Yodel can take 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders sent via APC are booked on an overnight service for delivery the next working day. Large furniture items will need to be shipped via pallet. We will contact you via email to arrange the delivery.

 

Northern Ireland

Orders 100g-3kg are sent via Yodel. Orders 3kg+ are sent via DPD.

Delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
